Stress management – how to live holistically and sustainably

Stress Management plays a big factor in todays world. There is too much going on and people are overly committed.   There is also the constant need to compete and there is too much pressure and to much information.

In order to distress it important to set aside some time where you can focus on yourself and your visions for the future.

 

Eating healthily and setting aside some time for exercising and relaxation works well.

 

Learning to say NO and stopping yourself from over committing also helps to reduce stress.

 

By creating a stress management plan you are able to move forward towards great health and sustainability and less stress.
